Broadalbin man to be honored for helping save Navy men from fire
Pat Rogers was returning home from his job at Quad/Graphics in Saratoga Springs shortly after 3 p.m. April 30 when he rounded a bend on Route 29 in the town of Milton and saw an orange glow.
