Dawn Brixey resigns at MSU; emails offer a glimpse into the couple's life
Dawn Brixey, wife of Missouri State University's former bookstore director, resigned her position Tuesday just before she was supposed to talk to her supervisor about what she knew, if anything, about her husband's embezzlement of $1.16 million.
MSU auditors continue theft investigation
Although the theft of $1.16 million from the Missouri State University bookstore appears to be a one-man job, university auditors want to make sure that another MSU employee -- the wife of the man who pleaded guilty Tuesday -- was not involved.
