Kenosha man dies in head-on crash
A 24-year-old Kenosha man was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Thursday. John E. Rukstales, of Kenosha, was killed after his Chevrolet Lumina struck a Ford F-450 truck on Highway K, east of 144th Avenue around 12:53 p.m. Thursday, according to the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department.
