On Thursday, a judge revoked shock probation for a man sentenced to 10 years in prison after a crash resulted in a man's death.

According to court documents obtained by LEX 18, Kyle Brinegar, 24, was arrested during the early morning hours on August 12.
New trial in child murder case set for Feb. 13
A man who was convicted of murder and first-degree criminal abuse in the August 2007 death of 2-year-old Callie Robinson was overturned by the Kentucky Supreme Court in March 2010 and will be tried again in February.
