Loose horse trailer causes fatal toll road accident
A semi-driver was killed when a horse trailer broke loose from a Suburban, crossed the median, and flew through the windshield of the semi-truck. Fifty year-old Julio Zatina of Bridgeview, Illinois was the driving the semi east bound when the trailer came through his windshield.
