Man's plan for Front Street site to keep us guessing: Around The Town
That's a good thing, because Ilia Stancu, the new owner of the 60s-era, White-brick and glass-walled structure at the corner of Front and East Grand streets, most recently home to Speed Wok Chinese Restaurant, says he's likely to keep us guessing about his plans for the site until early next year.
