The Yates County Planning Board has approved changes to Jerusalem's zoning laws which will help pave the way to begin construction of the Finger Lakes Cultural and Natural History Museum.

The Finger Lakes Museum has received a $10,000 grant to help underwrite its second annual offsite program, "Vine to Wine: Savor Our Finger Lakes." The grant is from the Rochester Area Community Foundation, and follows a $15,000 grant made a year earlier by the same organization.
