Former Rankin judge admits to assaulting women
An Allegheny County judge today sentenced Ross Cioppa, 70, of Braddock Hills to four years of probation, starting with six months of house arrest, after the former Rankin district judge pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent assault and two counts of official oppression, all misdemeanors.
