BRACEY, Va. - Shawn Hammack of Gasburg, Va., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 18 pounds, 9 ounces Saturday to win the Bass Fishing League Piedmont Division tournament on Lake Gaston.

Tre Bracey, 19, a former Alexander Hamilton High School track star, is charged by White Plains Police with fourth-degree possession of stolen property, a felony, fifth degree possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor and a possession of marijuana violation.

Bracey, from Duquesne, was killed in the basement of the house in the 600-block of South Fifth Street.
