Cianci to speak at Dismas event

Former Providence Mayor Vincent A. "Buddy" Cianci Jr. will be the keynote speaker when Dismas House celebrates its 20th anniversary June 26 at the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts at 2 Southbridge St.
