The Iowa Attorney General's office is investigating allegations that a northwest Iowa woman sold Super Bowl ticket packages but never delivered them.

Two days before the Super Bowl, Brian Hopkins got an email saying he wasn't going to get the tickets he paid for.

Authorities say they've received multiple complaints involving a Boyden, Iowa resident.

On Thursday, February 2, the Sioux County Sheriff's Office began receiving complaints from numerous individuals, within and outside of Iowa, concerning a possible Super Bowl ticket scam.
