I'm confused. The article on the 28th said that the southbound lane (the good one) is starting to crumble under the weight of the extra traffic as well as all the Caltrans equipment and now we hear they are going to reopen the road to 2 way traffic this weekend. Um ... is it safe or isn't it? Are their cracks forming or not? Hello? A little clear reporting on this would be really helpful!
