Hopefully he will get the justice he deserves in prison. This is not a man, but a waste of human flesh. When will some women learn that they should not move the first guy in with their children without a complete background check..... yes, a background check on scummy boyfriends before bringing them near their children!!!

They really need to make an exception to the rule for the death penalty for sick f@#*$ like this guy. I don't understand how people can hurt innocent children. I truly hope someone makes him their b!%#* in prison and that he suffers everyday for what he has done. So sad.....

So, CYFD does it again. Father indicted by a grand jury for harming the child, two other kids in the house and what does CYFD do? Nothing. Absolutely nothing until it is too late.

That's a lot of anger. An 8 inch indentation in the floor from a child's head. It seems to me, Mom should have heard this, but maybe not. It just makes me sick. Hopefully, the little boy died on impact and did not suffer.

does the death penalty work for this case this is so sad 8 inch indentation that is heart wrenching that poor little baby some one needs to do the same to him

I sure hope when this guy gets to prison someone takes care of him.

I have a 3 year old little boy and can't imagine having to deal with this. This is absolutely disgusting! That SOB deserves to be beaten to death. What a horrible thing for that baby boy to go through, and he probably didn't stand a chance. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. May Justice be done!

I'm with you on this, but hopefully someone will kill the bastard in jail.

Martinez..move the case to the death penalty...the loser needs to die..why do we have to support this loser he's headed to prison..to his private cell..protected..3 square meals..no bills to pay..what is wrong with the system!!!

That's why I think that people should not be allowed to have kids unless they earn the right to. Hope he rots in the deepest darkest corner of hell.

People on here consider me pretty left wing, but I'm all for the death penalty in a case like this. There is no reason we should feed and house someone like that.

Another prime example of why CYFD is a worthless agency. Scrap it and quit giving it the ability to sentence children to death.
This animal deserves whatever primal justice he'll be dealt in prison. Still think the death penalty is barbaric Governor?
