The LeFlore County District Attorney's office last week announced its intent to seek the death penalty for Kevin Paul Stathem, 52, of Muldrow.

Prosecutors in LeFlore County say they will seek the death penalty for a Muldrow man charged with the shooting deaths of his parents in July 2011.

"My office was notified Wednesday that Bremner would be moving their operation to Kentucky.

The pre-trial hearing for the Muldrow man accused of shooting his elderly parents to death in July was continued until Thursday after testimony last week.

The LeFlore County Sheriff's Department along with Bokoshe and Spiro Police Department s served a narcotics search warrant Tuesday morning at a residence on Sebo Lane east of Spiro.
