That issue was addressed, and there will be very little order, because of the drying system of the waste. Then once dried the waste will be used as fertilizer for farms. This is about as green a project can be, and will be a great asset to Red River County.

Did they find enough water? I understand that they wanted the county water system to supply 50K gallons of water a day and the members to pay for that infrastructure....... So they opted for wells.
