A 37-year-old Bogata, Texas man has been sentenced for obscenity violations in the Eastern District of Texas announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales today.

Foggy conditions limited visibility on U.S. Highway 59 Wednesday morning and led to a three-vehicle collision that involved two tractor-trailers and a van carrying oil field workers.
