A Banks County woman who tried to burn some of the loot she stole from a pawn shop was charged Thursday with burglary, Oconee County Chief Deputy Lee Weems said Friday.

Feb. 5A Eric J. Mitchell, 22, of Covington, was charged with probation violation.
