Elizabethtown Mayor Tim Walker has died at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He was 54. Walker was in his first term as mayor of the central Kentucky city, having been elected in 2010.

Kenneth Williams, 55, of Boaz, Ala., was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, unlicensed driver, unregistered vehicle and open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
