Waynesboro Police were dispatched to the area of 226 West Second Street on May 5 for a subject yelling in the street "Everyone is going to die." Upon arrival officers found 18 year old Christopher Thomas Wertz, of 13194C Monterey Lane; Blue Ridge Summit.
