I HAVE AFRIEND OF 50 YRS,THAT IS 90 YRS OLD.HER CENTRALAIR IS OUT .HER REFRIGERATOR WENT OUT HER OVEN DOES NOT WORK AND ONLY TWO BURNERS ON THE STOVE WORK. i JUST LEARNED TODAY THAT SHE HAS A WATER LEAK UNDER THE HOUSE. i WOULD LOVE TO SEE HER HAVE A BETTER HOME ,SHE DOESNT WANT FOR MUCH. BY THE WAY THIS LADY IS VERY TALENTED AND STILL AT90HAS ABIG BAND.CAN YOU HELP OR TELL ME HOW TO APPLY FOR A HOME IMPOVEMENT FOR HER
