James Muncy, of Bloomingburg, was injured in the Friday morning incident.
One person was injured after a crash on State Route 38, Friday morning. Authorities say 21-year-old James Muncy, of Bloomingburg, was northbound on SR 38 when he lost control while negotiating a curve, over-corrected, went off the road, and struck a ditch, causing the vehicle to turn onto its top.
