Western Refining to halt operations at Bloomfield refinery

Western Refining is idling its refinery in Bloomfield, N.M., and is putting all New Mexico refining operations at its Gallup, N.M ., refinery to save $25 million per year, the company announced Monday.

What? This, after that gutless coward in the White House and his merry bacnd of crooksa and tax cheats has proclaimed the recession over? I don't get it. After all, if all these fine examples of humanity say the recession is dead, we should all rejoice and start buy new houses, cars, clothes, etc., etc.. Am I right? I mean really, if BO (and his bought and paid for left-wing networks) says its so, then millions of Americans will be back to work before the end of the year. Am I right? So why are these guys closing down.? BO says the recession is over, get back to work!!
