After having four kids, this woman has a husband... why isn't he supporting his children? i'm pretty sure there are single mothers who out there who need help. who heard of such a thing a two-parent household, needing handouts? my goodness!

It might be wise to have all the facts before you jump to conclusions. Obviously the kids who get help from this program are vetted, and one would think that perhaps the kids teachers might know a bit more than you do...
