Ballard County Rural and City fire departments received checks from the Ballard County Fiscal Court on Thursday, March 15th at the Emergency Operations Center .

Emergency crews responded to a propane leak on Highway 286 near Gage last night at approximately 8:30 p.m. Blandville fire department was the first on the scene.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Carter Tilford; his children, Alisha Ann Jordan of Paducah, Jacob Lee Tilford of Puyallup, Wash., and Levi Brandon Tilford of Blandville; his parents, William Earl and Norma Ruth French Tilford; his brother, Michael Earl Tilford of Bardwell; and four grandchildren.

Deputies say Amanda Tilford, 30, of Paducah was driving her vehicle westbound on Blandville and met an oncoming vehicle partially in her lane.
