A warning indeed - and a prudent one. And what's to stop the decision from being over turned by a more liberal bench next time around?

We must make sure Osama, er, uh - Obama - does not get into office. He will most surely make judicial appointments that will threaten our liberties long after he has left office.

I think people when they enter the polls to vote will be using their intelligence to decide the election. And they will vote for who they want.

I don't pretend to tell anyone how to vote but do vote. It is one of the last freedoms we still have.

Hello folks.. This is off topic but I just wanted to mention something to you all. Pertaining to this up coming election, as you may have heard, Governor Kaine of Virginia is in the spotlight as a possible candidate for VP. If you know nothing of him maybe this will give you an idea. During the Virginia General Assembly’s session, a bill had been passed by both the house and senate in regards to removing the ban to carry concealed into a restaurant that serves alcohol for consumption.(Open carry is OK.) Kaine vetoed this bill. Yet about a week later he signed a bill that would permit Commonwealth attorneys and their deputies to carry a firearm concealed, without a permit, or training,“AND” can consume alcohol in any restaurant or bar. A true elitist to say the least. Not to mention a real pansy. Setting the stage for a police state? Or does he think that only people in power have the right to protect themselves? Just something for you to ponder from now through November!
