Flood Relief Efforts Continue in Wheatcroft, Blackford

More than a month after heavy rainfall caused extensive flooding of residential areas in the communities of Blackford and Wheatcroft, cleanup and repair efforts to help people whose homes sustained damage, or whose homes may be a total loss.
