Webster County Communities Cut Off by Heavy Flooding

As rainfall levels passed the 12-inch mark of standing water over the last week, several roads in Webster County were closed due to flooding - enough to prompt Webster County School District administrators to delay or even cancel school most days - and at least three communities found themselves completely cut off.
