Woman in custody in shooting death

Hanks, 25, was taken into custody Friday by investigators with the Beltrami Sheriffa s Office and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension in connection with a shooting death in Shooks Township near Kelliher earlier in the week.

Two people are presumed drowned after their boat overturned in Blackduck Lake near the city of Blackduck Tuesday afternoon.
According to Beltrami County Sheriff's, yesterday around 4:00 in the afternoon, the sheriff's office received a 911 call reporting a capsized boat on Blackduck Lake.
