Meth sales probe leads to 5 arrests

Five people were arrested in an investigation into methamphetamine sales led by the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office Special Crimes Unit after detectives found that the operation had been moving several pounds of meth, likely from Mexican cartel sources, into Phoenix and Yavapai County.

Suspects in armed robbery of Cordes Lakes McDonald's arrested

Yavapai County Sheriff's deputies arrested two suspects Tuesday in connection with an armed robbery of a McDonald's restaurant on Sunday in which an employee was struck by a bullet fired into the floor, according to a YCSO spokesman.
