Bishop Paiute Tribe Vice-chair Bill Vega presents Mark Napoles and his wife Andri with the key to their new 5-bedroom, 1,800 square-foot Pa Ha Lane home on May 1. The Napoles family of six are the first to receive one of the 19 model homes to be built through the Tribe's Community Development Department B22 Housing Project, Vega said.
