The Upshur County Grand Jury has no-billed a potential charge of criminally negligent homicide against a Gilmer teenager in connection with a 2011 auto accident that resulted in a Big Sandy boy dying on his third birthday - which coincided with Mother's Day.

Five felony guilty pleas and two motions to revoke probation were heard in 115th District Court in Gilmer between Jan.17 and 27, with Judge Lauren Parish presiding.
