Two Fulton County men are behind bars accused of running a marijuana growing operation.

Randy Edward Mills, 50, of 102 Lincoln Way West Apt. F, McConnellsburg, and Cory Allen Hann, 35, 494 Licking Creek Road, Big Cove Tannery, were charged on three separate complaints and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.

Among the 19 recipients of The University System of Maryland at Hagerstown scholarships awarded for the 2012-13 academic year is Melanie Ebersole, Big Cove Tannery, who will be studying for a master's degree in elementary teaching at Frostburg State University.
