It wasn't hard for those lining the streets in Beverly and Waterford Thursday evening to spot a familiar face marching by, as the 63rd annual Beverly-Waterford Homecoming kicked off with the traditional parade.

MCCONNELSVILLE: Richard Dick Haines, 53, of 2651 Balderson Lane, Stockport, Ohio passed away Thursday at 8:11 a.m. at the Good Samartian Hospital in Zanesville following a motorcycle accident on St Rt 37 in Morgan County.
