NY Philharmonic at Heckscher

For the 31st year, the Islip Arts Council brings the New York Philharmonic to Heckscher State Park Saturday with an 8 p.m. concert - and fireworks by the Grucci family.

Go to Cunningham Park in Queens. Arrive after 7, you can still park fairly close, still plenty of prime spots on the lawn. When the concert ends there are so many roads, and so many directions, that you are back home with-in one hour after the last blast of the fireworks.

U got the wrong concert Joanne, this was in Suffolk County.
