The shooting took place a year ago, almost to the day - on Nov. 29, 2008. Xhafer Aliu, 26, of 65-59 Parsons Blvd., Fresh Meadows, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. Wednesday on charges of attempted murder, assault and stalking.
