Bethlehem schools budget raises taxes 5.1 percent

In a 5-4 vote Monday, the Bethlehem Area School Board scaled back a proposed 6.27 percent tax increase to 5.1 percent -- leaving a slim margin of error if any of $26.8 million of projected state funding is cut.
