Police in Nashville have issued arrest warrants charging 21-year-old Joshua Bryan Kellow with aggravated assault and evading arrest in connection to Tuesday morning's pursuit in which officers were forced to fire shots at Kellow after he allegedly tried to run over a sergeant with the Berry Hill Police Department.
