If all goes as planned, scores of butterflies will soon be flitting around a newly installed butterfly garden in Berkeley Lake.

For more than two years now, homeowners in the tight-knit city have dealt with low levels in the lake that is the center of the town's history and heart.

The honor is awarded by the Southern Association for College Admissions and Counseling at the group's annual conference in Washington D.C. Clark, an employee at Walker since 1993, was named "Director of Guidance of the Year" in 2010 by the Georgia School Counselors Association.
