Vittone: Clock still ticking on charges
A recount of days that elapsed from the time a Brownsville woman was arrested on charges she stole more than $500,000 from a Bentleyville car dealership shows the prosecution still has 88 days to bring her to trial, says Washington County District Attorney Eugene Vittone.

Driver dies after Interstate 70 crash
A Charleroi man died of injuries he suffered in a crash at 3:15 a.m. today on Interstate 70 at the Bentleyville exit, state police said.
Bentleyville pharmacy raided by feds closes
Patrons of Kuzy's Pharmacy, 808 Main St., reported the closing Thursday. A sign hangs on the front door thanking patrons for 20 years of business and indicating that the owner, Andrew F. Kuzy of South Strabane Township, intends to open a new store soon.
