I've only learned to trust but a few people. Those are the people I speak with on a regular basis. I'm an observer first, so far I'm happy with my choices and glad for the friends I do have. For me no one else matters. You should always just follow your instinct Lucy, and not follow what others say.

Yeah, for years I gained about 2 pounds every year ... it sneaks up on you ... and yet I Had told myslef man years ago I would not let myslef get out of shape .. I was always proud of being in good shape. I'm not realy that bad ... the weight is evenly distributed so people are shocked when I tell them my weight, I look 15-20 pounds lighter.
SO, after trying to "wing it" with diets and it not working, I decided, I will spend money and go to a weekly weigh-in .. I figuer the shame if I did not lose weight that week would be what keeps me on track. Also,. I hate spending money and not getting something back for it ... so I am using a psychology that motivates me.

Well Franko is a little difficult. KJ could probably think of something. He's very imaginative with nicknames. I usually come up with silly and uncool names.:(

If you aren't as active the weight can easily slip up also. I'm always up and down, but I try to stay within the same range. It's okay to slip every now and then. As long as you get back into it and don't let it get you down then you'll be okay. Remember even with a little weight added that's just a little more to love.:)

I'm the same. My weight is evenly distributed also. And I'd get the same reaction from people. I wasn't really very big, but I wasn't happy with my weight and knew that I could be better. I never really planned to lose weight, but while going to school I noticed I was losing weight and dropped a considerable amount. I took that as a boost and got into exercising more. After that I dropped more and people noticed the change. I don't diet because it's not something I can stick with for a lifetime. So I try to just eat moderately and exercise. I've gotten lazy for the holidays though. lol

Well the holidays are pass now and as a friend just told me, you have the whole year to shape up. hehe. You're doing really well Franko, and 20 lbs won't be hard at all. I know you'll get it out the way.

I looked for it. I couldn't remember the thread title exactly, but it was one made about Subkitty that Ronnie was blamed for. Kickback confessed to it. On that thread actually. Ronnie confronted him and wanted an apology for it, but not one of Kickback's friend took notice. It was obviously double standards and hypocrisy then as it is now. I wish I could find it Franko, but if it did nothing then, I don't believe it would now.

That thread was probably deleted because all the Subkitty threads aren't updated too far.

I wasn't there in the thread she was banned. I saw the link she gave and from the looks of it, it was just the same as the arguing in the asian threads. Maybe topix saw new players on the opposition side, but recognized Lucy from the other threads and unfairly thought of her as the culprit? Also if those people were unregistered then it would be hard to ban them. Most cases you notice that unregistered posters still get to stay. That's why there's so many unregistered trolls. Same players only different name in blue.
