Young rocker Shane Cooley to perform first show of 2011 in Gloucester Saturday
William and Mary graduate Shane Cooley , an up-and-coming folk/rocker who recently performed at the National in Richmond, will be at the Bena Country Store in Gloucester Saturday for an 8 p.m. performance.

"Water was the drink of the day," said Elliott Hogge, chairman of the festival's organizing committee, although many vendors said they also did very well selling other beverages, foods such as chicken-on-a-skewer and crab chowder, handmade crafts, and more on the Abingdon Ruritan Club fairgrounds at Bena.
