Silver Alert Issued For Missing Man

Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Elizabeth City man. The Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office issued the Silver Alert for 77-year-old Joseph Harris.

Academic Achievement: 2011 Skinner Memorial Scholarships awarded

The 2011-2012 Thomas Gregory Skinner Memorial Scholarships were awarded to this year's recipients, all students from Hertford: In December 1955, a special fund was created and entrusted to the Vestry of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Hertford, by the Thomas Gregory Skinner family.
