The latest in a string of bear sightings in West Michigan came Thursday afternoon along the golf course at Blythefield Country Club in the Belmont area.

A 24-year-old Belmont man was seriously hurt in a Thursday evening crash on Pine Island Drive north of Seven Mile Road.
