Kenneth Bardlett, 20, of 49th Avenue in Bellwood, has been charged with one count of first-degree murder in the Jan. 19 slaying of Hussein Saghir at Sam's Tobacco and Foodmart in Bensenville, DuPage County State's Attorney Robert B. Berlin and Bensenville police Chief Frank Kosman announced Tuesday in a statement.
