Man pleads guilty to lesser charge in 2002 service station shooting deaths
A 25-year-old man who has spent more than seven years in the Cook County Jail and faced a possible death penalty for two shooting deaths at a suburban gas station in 2002 has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
