President Barack Obama on Friday quietly ended the Bush administration's ban on giving federal money to international groups that perform abortions or provide information on the option. Indicted Wells man on AG's most wanted child support list
By JESSICA SAVAGE The Lufkin Daily News Friday, January 23, 2009 An Angelina County grand jury has indicted one of the state's most-wanted child support evaders. As of August, Stephen Paul McCaa, 39, owed $20,147 to the grandparents caring for his two children living in Wells, a small town a few miles northwest of Lufkin, according to information from the Texas Attorney General Office's Web site.
