Belleville police arrest one in connection with shooting

Moses Valez, 32, of Newark is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault by pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and certain persons not to have a firearm, after he allegedly fired three shots at another vehicle from his Ford Taurus on July 24 at Little and Main streets in Belleville.
