I had that exact thing. If it is what I had I got really sick from it. The common term is "Truck Driver's Disease." Men who drive a lot--especially on rough roads or even if you ride a bike a lot you can get it. Simply put it is a Urinary Tract infection--Prostititis. It is treated by sulpha treatments--a mild antibiotic. If it isn't treated it can get in your bloodstream and you can get really sick--high fevers, chills--like a bad flu. You should see a doctor, or at the least go across to one of the pharmacies there and describe your symptoms. They will hook you up. Drink lots of fluids also. Don't delay. Treat it!!
