Hillsborough seeks disqualification of ex-committeeman as witness

While serving as a Township Committeeman in 2005, Democrat Paul Drake gave developer K. Hovnanian suggestions on how to gain approval of a 700-unit residential development on land owned by Hillsborough Properties, according to a courtdocument Thursday filed by the township.
