Belle Center Michael Edgar Ford, 26, died Feb. 1, 2012, from injuries suffered in a car accident in Auglaize County.

A two-car head-on crash near the intersection of Ohio 117 and Fairmount Road near Waynesfield around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday claimed the life of a Belle Center man.

Two defendants were sentenced and four pled guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor earlier this week.

Judith Haimowitz , 59, of Belle Center, pled guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs, two counts of possession of drugs, and agreed to forfeit an interest in real estate or pay $35,000. In June, Haimowitz was indicted for ten counts of possession of drugs and three counts of trafficking in drugs .

Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff's Department responded to 7598 CR 98, Belle Center at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday after receiving calls that a man was making threats.
