Local mother charged with child endangering
A local mother was charged after her two-year-old daughter was found wandering in the roadway near their Belle Center home Wednesday morning around 11:20. The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that a passerby discovered the girl in the 200 block of East Buckeye Street.
